Dr. Abhilasha Pandey is a board-certified endocrinologist and the founder of Ally Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Beaumont Hospital (Oakwood) in Dearborn, followed by fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism at Wayne State University / Detroit Medical Center.

Dr. Pandey has a special interest in diabetes management — from newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes to complex insulin pump and CGM care — along with thyroid disease, osteoporosis, and PCOS. She has been active in physician and patient education initiatives across Southeast Michigan.

Her philosophy is in the practice’s name: being an ally. Endocrine conditions are mostly lifelong, and managing them well is a partnership. Dr. Pandey takes time to explain what your labs mean, lay out your options honestly, and build a plan you can actually live with.

Alexis Faber, MD

Endocrinologist

Dr. Alexis Faber is an endocrinologist who trained at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, where she served as Chief Endocrinology Fellow. She earned her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Faber’s clinical interests include obesity and metabolic disorders, diabetes and diabetes technology (including insulin pumps and CGMs), thyroid disease and thyroid nodule evaluation with fine-needle biopsy, and the full range of pituitary, adrenal, bone, and calcium disorders.

She has presented research at national meetings of the Endocrine Society and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, with a particular focus on obesity medicine and complex endocrine cases.
