Insurance information

Ally Endocrinology is contracted with most major insurers in Michigan, including Medicare and Michigan Medicaid. Because plan networks change during the year, please confirm coverage with your insurer before your visit.

Plans we accept

Most plans below link straight to Dr. Pandey’s listing in that insurer’s own directory, so you can see for yourself that she is in network. HAP, McLaren and Michigan Medicaid do not publish shareable profile pages — those links open the carrier’s search, where you can look up “Pandey” in Troy, MI. Directories can lag behind contracts, so please still confirm with the member-services number on your card.

Verified August 1, 2026. Networks and product lines change during the plan year, so this list can fall behind. Don’t see your plan? Call (248) 825-3764 — we may still be able to see you, and we can check your benefits before you book.

Before your visit

  • Verify coverage. Call the member-services number on your insurance card and ask whether Ally Endocrinology / your visit type is covered.
  • Check referral requirements. Some plans (especially HMOs) require a referral from your primary care physician before seeing a specialist.
  • Know your costs. Ask about your specialist copay, deductible status, and coverage for lab work.

Medication coverage

Many endocrine medications — insulins, CGMs, and newer diabetes and weight-management medications — require prior authorization. Our office handles prior authorization paperwork with your insurer, and we'll always discuss realistic alternatives if a medication isn't covered.
