Insurance information
Ally Endocrinology accepts most major insurance providers. Because plans and networks change, the most reliable way to confirm coverage is to contact your insurance company directly.
Before your visit
- Verify coverage. Call the member-services number on your insurance card and ask whether Ally Endocrinology / your visit type is covered.
- Check referral requirements. Some plans (especially HMOs) require a referral from your primary care physician before seeing a specialist.
- Know your costs. Ask about your specialist copay, deductible status, and coverage for lab work.

Medication coverage
Many endocrine medications — insulins, CGMs, and newer diabetes and weight-management medications — require prior authorization. Our office handles prior authorization paperwork with your insurer, and we'll always discuss realistic alternatives if a medication isn't covered.
