New patient information
We're glad you're here. Here's everything you need to make your first visit smooth — from booking to what to bring.
How to schedule
There are two ways to book — whichever is easier for you.
- Referrals
- If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician, please have it sent to us before your visit.
- Patient portal
- The patient portal is for existing patients. You'll get access to it after your first visit.
What to bring to your first appointment
- Photo ID and your insurance card
- A complete list of your current medications and doses (or the bottles themselves)
- Recent lab results, imaging reports, or DEXA scans if you have them
- Glucose meter, CGM data, or pump information if you have diabetes
- A list of questions — write them down so nothing gets forgotten
What to expect
Your first visit is a thorough one. We'll review your history and records, examine you, and usually order targeted lab work. You'll leave with a clear explanation of what we're evaluating and a plan for follow-up. Endocrine conditions are rarely solved in one visit — but they are almost always manageable with the right plan.
Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider directly with coverage questions, and see our insurance page for more detail.
