We're glad you're here. Here's everything you need to make your first visit smooth — from booking to what to bring.
How to schedule
Request an appointment online — pick any open time that works for you — or call us at (248) 825-3764 during office hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm). If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician, please have it sent before your visit. (Thepatient portal is for existing patients — you'll get access after your first visit.)
What to bring to your first appointment
- Photo ID and your insurance card
- A complete list of your current medications and doses (or the bottles themselves)
- Recent lab results, imaging reports, or DEXA scans if you have them
- Glucose meter, CGM data, or pump information if you have diabetes
- A list of questions — write them down so nothing gets forgotten
What to expect
Your first visit is a thorough one. We'll review your history and records, examine you, and usually order targeted lab work. You'll leave with a clear explanation of what we're evaluating and a plan for follow-up. Endocrine conditions are rarely solved in one visit — but they are almost always manageable with the right plan.
